Founded in 1929 by local butcher Joe Heinen in Shaker Heights, Ohio, Heinen’s operates 19 grocery store locations in Northeast Ohio and five in the Chicago suburbs. Heinen's Chagrin Falls

There’s a lot to love about cheese, and we&#x27;re celebrating all of its delicious qualities through a series of informational tastings called Cheese School 101*. 

Hosted in the Tasting Room at Heinen&#x27;s Chagrin Falls, Specialty Cheesemonger, Shannon Welsh, will discuss all there is to know about a specific category of cheese while attendees taste a selection of featured cheeses paired with complimentary beverages.
 
The first session of Heinen&#x27;s Cheese School is all about cheddar! Attendees will have the opportunity to taste a curated selection of six cheddar cheeses while discovering how they&#x27;re made and how to pair them.

*Seats for Heinen&#x27;s Cheese School 101 seats are available on a class-by-class basis. Choose the classes you&#x27;re most interested in and book your spot.
