Are you a building owner or Property manager interested in clean energy? Join us to learn how you can be involved in community solar!

J﻿oin us for an informational session about RETI Center&#x27;s Local Power program! RETI is seeking partnerships with commercial, institutional and multi-family properties, with at least 8,000 square feet of rooftop space who are interested in hosting a solar array under a Community Solar model. Host sites receive the following benefits at no cost to the property owner:<ul><li>Lease revenue for use of rooftop</li><li>Tax incentives where applicable, including property tax abatement, state and federal incentives</li><li>Progress toward Local Law 97 compliance where applicable</li><li>Option to enroll residents in a discounted renewable energy subscription</li><li>Option to use a portion of the solar energy for building&#x27;s common loads </li></ul>In addition to these benefits, host sites will be making a positive contribution to climate change mitigation and RETI’s equity-driven solar workforce training program.T﻿his session will feature a 15-minute presentation on RETI&#x27;s Local Power program, followed by a 15-minute Q&amp;A.
