Sometimes we even engage in self-defeating patterns that make little sense logically. And yet, what if these pesky patterns are important? Join former "Queen of Self-Sabotage"-turned- therapist, Crystle Lampitt, LSCSW, for an online event that will debunk the myth of self-sabotage and guide you towards clarity and self-trust.  Using a trauma-informed lens, Crystle will help you decode your brain, understand what's driving those stuck patterns, and how to work with them (rather than against them) so that they no longer run your life.
