Volunteering Untapped's Fake Wedding 2024

The concept is simple – we volunteer with a different nonprofit organization in Baltimore on the second Saturday of every month, then spend the afternoon at a local bar for food, drinks, networking, and fun with everyone who volunteered.

<h3>We are incredibly excited to announce that Fake Wedding is BACK for 2024!</h3> Baltimore, it's been a long four years, so we hope you've got your boogie shoes on and are ready to party with us!Fake Wedding is our ONLY fundraiser of the year and we want YOU to be there to celebrate with us. Not only will this be an incredible night of fun, all proceeds from Fake Wedding will benefit Volunteering Untapped in our mission to make volunteering more accessible and do even more good in our beautiful city.So, what exactly is Fake Wedding, and what can you expect? We're so glad you asked. Fake Wedding is, well... just that. It's all of the great parts of a normal wedding, but with that classic VU flair. Your ticket not only gets you into what's sure to be the BEST party of the year, but comes with an open bar, gourmet food stations from Zeffert and Gold (including vegetarian and vegan options), a dance floor that's just waiting for your moves, and incredible live music from Go Go Gadget. As for the wedding part? We truly do have a fake ceremony, with a fake couple that YOU pick by nominating your friends, family, and fellow party-goers through a small donation.Our theme this year will be Mardi Gras, and we cannot wait to see it come to life. Dress code is black tie casual, so dress to impress :)Tickets are on sale NOW! Don't delay, prices will go up as the day gets closer. Let's geaux!
