What the PRESS says about AfroVibe?
ELLE: This is a class that combines fitness and choreography. A Warm-up proceeding several phase of choreography: One cardio, a second for strength and conditioning for arms, core and gluts. A mood booster, an intense pace...an exotic feel to it. You will feel like the queen of Saba!
SHAPE: The best part: special excercices for the arms (biceps, triceps and deltoids), often forgotten from other disciplines. We love that it works the all body.
VOGUE: The arms swing, the hips undulate; while the feet move quickly on batucada rhythms, Indian music, percussion and samba.
