Join our Women’s Cycling NYC leader Caro for an exploration by bike to destinations with sunset views like Roosevelt Island

Who:Riders of all gender identity and expression welcomeWhen:Thursday 6 pm to about 9 pmStart:Bicycle Habitat Chelsea228 7th Ave, New York, NY 10011Destinations include:Roosevelt Islandhttps://ridewithgps.com/routes/44122162Finish :Open. The group will split off after Roosevelt Island with those leaving to ride back to Manhattan via Queensboro Bridge versus those who wish to go back to Brooklyn through Queens, or take public transit options like the subway or tram home (these will be pointed out as we pass by)Speed:10-12 mph average, keeping mindful of following the rules of the road and traffic lightsRequirements:Helmet, good attitude, fully charged lights (front - white and rear - red), bell, bike in good working condition (can be any type), money to buy food at our ride destinationsP﻿lease visit our sponsor bike shop in advance for all your bike service and bike accessory purchases - support your local bike shop!N﻿ice to haves:Bike Lock in case we can't have our bikes nearby, B﻿lanket if you want have something to sit down to enjoy your food and hang out with the group

Meet at Bicycle Habitat Chelsea

This stop will be a bit free form depending on group.

Arrive at Roosevelt Island

The group will split off with those leaving to ride back to Brooklyn with Caro versus those who wish to return to Manhattan via the Queensboro Bridge, or go off on their own using their own navigation, or public transportation.
