I bought my ticket in advance, but now can’t attend the show. Can I get a refund?

How is seating done?

Seats are allocated by date of purchase. Tickets purchased the night of the show at the door will be seated first come, first served at remaining tables.

Question 3

My friend and I bought our tickets separately, but would like to be seated together. What can we do?

Accepted Answer

We do our best to accommodate parties that would like to sit together. Requests can be made by emailing regattabar@charleshotel.com with “Seating Request” in the subject line.

Is there a walk-up box office at The Charles Hotel?

Not for advance tickets. Tickets can be purchased on Regattabar's website or if tickets are available on the day of the show, the onsite box office will open 1 hour prior to the performance.

Where can I park?

Regattabar patrons can validate their parking tickets at The Charles Hotel garage for a $2 discount. Click the link below for current Harvard Square parking rates: https://www.harvardsquareparking.com/  There are also several other garages and metered street spots nearby.

When do the doors open?

Do I have to sit at my table, or can I just stand at the bar?

Our bar is a service bar, meaning it is not designed to accommodate guests. We prefer that you sit at your table, but you may also feel free to stand or dance in the back of the room.

Are children allowed at shows?

Regattabar is open to all ages, but we do require that children under the age of 13 are accompanied by a guardian.

Is there a dress code?

Regattabar does not enforce a dress code.
