This 2-day workshop teaches you to develop your own Wellness Recovery Action Plan as well as crisis planning.

<p>W﻿ellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) helps you identify your wellness tools and stressors as well as determining tasks or activities that you can use to deal with stressors.  We will discuss what it looks like when things are breaking down and what your supporters can look for to help you prevent a crisis. WRAP includes developing a crisis and post crisis plan so your supporters know what you would prefer in the event you are in crisis and unable to make decisions for yourself. </p>
