Do I need to be really experienced for this class?

Nope! This all-levels class is coached by trainer Sarah Laspas who believes strongly in making sure each client is appropriately challenged and doing all of the movements properly.

What do I need to bring?

Yourselves, your own water bottle, and your own towel if you want it.

How do I get in?

For everyone's safety, TruFit has a keypad at the front door. Someone will be there to let students in starting 5 minutes prior to class. Please note we will only let late-comers in until 5 minutes past the class's start time. If you know you'll be running late, please text Sarah at ‭(312) 718-2532‬
