Why is consensual nonmonogamy (CNM) a dream for some people and a disaster for others? This workshop outlines the six most popular forms of CNM in the United States today and explores when they work and when they don’t. From polygamy to relationship anarchy, there are many options for how to structure relationships– and choosing the right one for you makes all the difference.CNM expert and coach Dr. Eli Sheff gives you the benefit of her 2+ decades’ personal and professional research to help you understand your options and discover your best road to a fulfilling CNM life. In this workshop you’ll learn:<ul><li>What are all the major types of CNM and why do they exist?</li><li>When do each of these different styles work?</li><li>What are the drawbacks or pitfalls that some people experience in each kind of relationship?</li><li>What are the advantages of each style, and who tends to experience them?</li></ul>This workshop is best for people who are just beginning to consider a consensually nonmonogamous relationship and want to know more about their options, or for people who have tried a CNM relationship and are not sure if the kind they chose is the best fit for them. You don’t have to go it alone– in your partnerships, AND in how you learn to succeed at them!There will be a Q&amp;A discussion period with a method for submitting questions or experiences anonymously.
