A virtual event to help parents support and care for their child through eating disorder treatment as they head back to school this year!

Back to school season is here! The family calendar is filling up with sports schedules, after school clubs and parent teacher conferences. Kids are excited to meet their new teachers and reconnect with their friends at school. If you have a child or adolescent who is struggling with an eating disorder, you may be asking yourself, “How do I prioritize my child’s care amidst the chaos of this busy season?”Rock Recovery is teaming up with Center for Discovery for a virtual webinar to help parents and caregivers navigate the eating disorder treatment landscape for their child at all levels of care. This virtual community event is designed to offer education and support, so that your child can thrive through their treatment.Topics covered will include:1. Eating disorder education 1012. Rock Recovery provides affordable and transformational individual and group therapy services and support resources to those struggling and their loved ones. Since 2009, the organization has served more than 600 adults through its low cost therapy and support programs, and educated and empowered more than 18,000 community members to seek help for themselves or their loved ones.A﻿bout Center for Discovery: <a href="https://centerfordiscovery.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Center for Discovery</a> has provided eating disorder and co-occurring disorder treatment for adolescents and adults of all genders for over 25 years. With locations across 15 states, CFD aims to help patients take control of their symptoms, feel better and have greater hope for the future. Their programs emphasize evidence-based, individualized treatment for every patient to support their growth and recovery. AT CFD, their team knows that treatment is not only about the diagnosed issues, but also about the contributing factors that underlie those conditions. Therefore, they value their highly individualized treatment programs that address the specific needs and situation of each patient and their families.
