Four Course Beer Dinner with SpindleTap Brewery

Chef Jeff Bekavac will create the food menu, starting with a specially created appetizer for each dinner, a fresh palate cleansing salad to follow. Main course takes the main stage with the pasta and pizza dough used with “OO” flour handmade in-house daily. Each carefully crafted pizza comes out of their custom built wood-fired Italian oven in just 90 seconds. The result, delicate, perfectly charred dough topped with a blend of imported and locally sourced ingredients. Each ticket is $50. Seating is extremely limited with early tickets highly recommended. A portion of all ticket sales will benefit their dog rescue group, Cane Rosso Rescue. About the Brewery:SpindleTap is inspired by the booming growth of the industry, their name is an homage to this oil region. Their beers range from hazy IPAs to refreshing blonde and their easygoing ESB.
