Embark on the adventure of a lifetime and island hop across the Dalmatian coast of Croatia with daily yoga & meditation.Start your mornings with an hour long yoga class in port followed by breakfast & lunch on the sail boat as we set sail towards Hvar, Vis, Korcula, Pomena, Okuklje, & finally, Dubrovnik.

Yoga is fit for all levels of practitioners. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. The classes will have plenty of options for variations for poses and practices.

During the day you will have plenty of time to explore the ancient islands, swim, snorkel, head to the beach, relax, & a number of other adventurous activities.

Evenings will consist of a daily meditation practice followed by sunset cocktails, and further exploration of the islands' local restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

As we will be sailing, we are limited to 7 guests to allow for ample room on board so please reserve your space as soon as possible.

All costs will cover the 7 days/ nights of sailing accommodations, a full and friendly crew (skipper, hostess, instructor), daily yoga & meditation, breakfast, lunch & more! All you need to do is simply show up.

Becca Warlick, RYT 200 - Based in Candler, NC

Certified in 2016 and practicing since the age of 16, Becca has 15+ years of yoga experience. Over the years, she has found a passion for creating yoga classes that are accessible to all with a focus on the student listening to the needs of their own body in order to create a sense of autonomy & empowerment. Becca has a passion for learning about tools to aid in nervous system regulation that are influenced &/ or coincide with the practice of yoga. To learn more about the newest research, Becca went back to school to pursue a degree in psychology with a certificate in contemplative inquiry at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Her favorite classes included; Neuroscience, the Art & Science of Meditation, Zen Anthropology, and the Science of Stress - Stress Management & Biofeedback. Her research focused on yoga as a tool for women with PTSD, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and finding balance between the mystical and the science in yoga.
