FAQs
What is the transportation? We will take BA buses and vans.
How much extra money will my child need? Students will need money for five meals. Snack and souvenir money are optional.
What are the hotel procedures? There will be four students per room with two queen beds. After room-check, students will be REQUIRED to stay in their room until the chaperone wake-up call in the morning. Under no circumstances (besides emergency) are students allowed to leave their room after room-check.
What about phones? Phones are allowed, and students will have their phones throughout the day. We will take their phones for certain parts of the drive and overnight at the hotel. No electronics (besides phones, smart watches, and headphones) are allowed on the trip.
