We begin right at the **top of the hour**. To protect the energy we’re building together, the virtual doors will **close five minutes in**—no late entries, no exceptions. Once we begin, we move together through: * Centering breathwork to help you arrive * Guided affirmations based on that session’s theme * Gentle presence practices to reset your energy and mindset We close after **30 minutes**, sending you into your day feeling grounded, focused, and fully in your power. **This is your time.
