Our public transit deserves to be celebrated and what better way to do that than with a hike!

Spreckles Hill

Public transit deserves to be celebrated, and what better way to do that than with a transit-only hike! Take the Route 68 Bus to the Santa Teresa and Bailey bus stop to join us for a 1-mile hike to the top of Spreckels Hill. On this hike we will explore how this land has changed over time and how important it is to the native plants and animals that live here. Parking is not available for this event. Instead, <a href="https://www.vta.org/go/routes/68" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">please check out the 68 bus line from VTA.org for bus tickets and information about transit month</a>!  For this hike please bring plenty of water, snacks, comfortable hiking shoes, and warm layers.
