Come enjoy a 75min *TOTAL COMFORT* Hypnotic Sound Bath! You will lay on soft padded floors in meditation while you experience the magic of bathing in high vibrations from 8 Perfect Pitch Crystal Singing Bowls, Tingshas, 4 Koshi chimes (Earth, Air, Wind, Fire), an Ocean Drum and Rainstick. These healing instruments are designed to produce specific vibrations that will detoxify the body from stress and tension to promote relaxation and a feeling of ease &amp; peace. Sound healing is an extremely effective way to stimulate brainwave entrainment; a process of sychronizing both hemispheres of the brain to entrance your mind into deep states of consciousness to activate healing of the mind, body, and spirit. When we are in this "healing brainwave state", we are the most receptive to change, releasing old belief systems, letting go of the past, and shifting to a higher frequency where healing occurs quickly and profoundly. Sara has years of experience in private and group healings, educational workshops and trainings, specializing in energy medicine.Your Hypnotic Journey will be guided by Jonny Dupre, Certified Hypnotherapist with over 50 certifications in several forms of therapy, counseling, hypnotherapy and NLP. He is an international trainer, coach and speaker. You will be in the most entrusted hands!--Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, as well as any pillows, bolsters, or blankets for comfort. Comfort is extremely valuable for the enjoyment of this experience, there is no such thing as coming too prepared!! I recommend a yoga/pilates mat (the thicker and squishier, the better), blankets for a soft layer on top of the mat, a pillow for your head, a bolster or rolled up towel/blanket for under your knees as well as a blanket to cover up with. You might also enjoy an eye pillow or something to cover your eyes with :)There is a free parking lot as well as street parking. Please do not park in reserved spots. Please arrive early to allow time for parking, check in and setting up your space. Doors will open 15 minutes before start time.
