CAAF exists to ...To WORK in harmony with the SBC in fulfilling the Great Commission through support of the Cooperative Program; To SENSITIZE the SBC and its entities to concerns of the African American Community; To HELP one another in Evangelism, Church Planting, and Church GrowthOur Keynote Speaker is Dr. Mark Croston, National Director, Black Church Partnerships, Lifeway Christian Resources. Dr. Croston is the former pastor of East End Baptist Church, Suffolk, VA. where he served for 26 years. In addition, he is the former president of the National African American Fellowship of the Southern Baptist Convention (NAAF), former president of the Baptist General Association of Virginia and the Virginia Baptist State Convention.
