Is it a sit-down dinner?

Yes, after the cocktail hour you will be directed to the main ballroom. 3 course dinner to follow, open bar, too.

What is the singing competition about?

It is a component of the show. There are contestants who sing a song and compete for 1st place. The prize is round trip to Palermo and hotel stay. The winner will sing at Cantamare show at Teatro Jolly.

Is it all in Italian?

No. Although it is an Italian-American event, the main language is English.
