On September 14, 2023, during the New Moon, we are teaming up with Energy Healer Maddi Hawkes, from<a href="https://www.maddihawkes.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"> Sacred Integration</a> and Chelsea Gehr, Founder of the wellness brand <a href="https://www.skinnedcare.com" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Skinned</a>. Together we are merging the spiritual, wellness, and culinary worlds, creating a multi-dimensional experience for not only your taste buds, but also your Divine selves. Let&#x27;s be honest, we can have meaningless conversations and eat meaningless meals all day; but how often do you get to sit amongst 20 strangers, all on their unique journeys, building connections through the power of healing? Our goal is to clear out the stagnant tendencies that keep you stuck and instead, encourage experiencing the newness of the present moment. On the topic of “newness”, we have chosen to host this gathering on the New Moon to encourage and ideally embody the notion of starting fresh. In this New Moon energy the slate is wiped clean and the soil is being prepared in darkness for new seeds to be planted. It’s the best time to start something new, get clear on the future and bring fresh energy into our life. We will be calling on the Moon in this healing to illuminate the path ahead.What to expect:This alchemizing journey will commence with a welcome tonic following a group cleansing lead by Maddi. Our intention is to create a safe space to gather that’s free of judgment and expectation where we feel supported, heard, and unconditionally loved. Through a variety of techniques and modalities, Maddi will cleanse your energy bodies to create harmony between mind, body and soul. As you become more attuned to these healing frequencies, we&#x27;ll transition into a Guided Meditation. During this, you&#x27;ll deepen your connection with your inner self, encouraging mindfulness, tranquility, and enhanced well-being.Once the meditation has concluded, we will all sit around a table, sharing a deeply nourishing, 4-course plant-based meal, family style.
