It’stime to walk…arrgghh…talk…the metaphorical plank at SLAMMER OF THE YEAR.Under the banner theme, PiRATES of the TREASURE VALLEY, two crews ofstorytelling standouts go head-to-head to slay with words. (Even more entertaining thana cursing parrot.)Flagship host Jodi Eichelberger and Late-Night host Beth Norton each hand-selectedfive story slammers from our 2022|23 seasons to take no prisoners via plotlines. They’llfirst square off on the theme SHIPWRECK. Then enter the final elimination round underthe theme RESCUE until only one winning voice remains on deck.Not all treasure is silver and gold, as Jack Sparrow would say, sometimes it’s ultimatebragging rights and storytelling supremacy over the entire Treasure Valley.Shipshape stories.
