The Gold Beams brand curates beautifully eclectic events, experiences, programming, and productions for Black creatives and our Black community at large. Our signature event, Second Mondays, is a home for an array of Black art and ethereal communion. Through Gold Beams, you get to be privy to a world of one-of-a-kind moments, events, performances, and so much more!Second Mondays is a creative hub + open mic for Black artists. Though many of the artist bring their spoken word pieces, we highlight all forms of art. This includes musicians, visual performances, comedians, storytellers, graphic designers-whatever. It's kind of a big deal. There are so many artists that there isn't time for the majority of artists to perform. </p><p>T﻿he Other Monday Open Mic is much more chill. It's created to give more artists an opportunity to share their work.</p><h1>R﻿ules:</h1><ul><li>T﻿he stage welcomes Black creatives of all disciplines (comedy, poetry, journal entries, music, etc.). </li><li>5﻿ Minutes</li><li>1﻿ Piece</li></ul><h2>We'll Be Taking 🎥 📸.</h2><p>We'll be taking pictures for Gold Beams and Oakstop to use. Your entry will confirm your consent.</p>
