Sundry House is a listening lounge and intimate event space inside Continuum Art, at the corner of 1st Avenue and King Street in downtown Hendersonville, NC. This is a room built around sound — the acoustics, the setup, and the atmosphere are all designed to make you stop, sit down, and actually listen. Whether it’s an acoustic set, an intimate live performance, or a curated DJ night, every event here is programmed with the same intention: music deserves a room that takes it seriously.The space itself feels like someone’s most eclectic and well-loved private gallery — southern gothic atmosphere, art on every wall, lighting that sets a mood, and a warmth that makes the room feel like you were invited rather than just admitted. Capacity is intentionally limited. Every seat is a good seat.Guests must be 16 or older. The space is wheelchair accessible with restrooms on site. A free side street parking with occasional free parking lot on the weekends. We’re steps from downtown Hendersonville’s restaurants, breweries, wine bars, boutiques, and coffee shops — arrive early and make a full evening of it.Sundry House is part of the Continuum Art campus. Before or after your event, Steady Hand’s creative café is running activity sessions next door, and our tattoo and Pierciong studio is home to nine commission-based artists and piercers available for walk-ins and consultations.

This year, we've taken our event to a whole new level, pushing the boundaries of imagination and immersion.Before we dive into the details, mark your calendars for September 2nd when we'll be announcing the detailed menu for our four-course dining buffet, signature cocktails, and the exciting prizes for our costume contest on our website. We understand the challenges of getting all dressed up before a big party, so we've enhanced our format this year to include a real dining experience instead of just party snacks. Feast on a delicious salad, mouthwatering entrees, and delectable sides, ensuring you're fueled up for an unforgettable night.As you arrive at 5:30pm, prepare to be swept away by the PROMENADE, where you'll check in and be welcomed into the cyberdome. From 5:30pm to 7pm, experience the WITCHING HOUR, our happy hour, where you can indulge in complimentary cocktails that will transport your taste buds into the future.At 7:15pm, brace yourself for an awe-inspiring performance by Empyrean Arts, featuring breathtaking aerial displays that will leave you breathless. As the night progresses, at 8pm, get ready to groove to the sensational beats of Rubiks Groove, a concert that will keep you dancing until 11pm. And don't forget the mystery performance that awaits you at 8pm, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the evening.Indulge your sweet tooth at our DESSERT COFFEE TABLE from 9pm to 11pm, offering a delightful array of treats to satisfy your cravings. At 10pm, we'll gather for an exciting moment of ANOUNCEMENTS, where our esteemed panel of judges will crown the best costumes of the night. The winner will be revealed, and they'll be taking home a prize valued at $1000!But the night doesn't end there! From 10pm til 2am, get ready for the UPSIDE DOWN AFTER-PARTY with Dagget Productions, where the energy and excitement continue to surge through the cyberdome.
