We will have an exclusive panel discussion and networking event designed for those interested in breaking into the tech space and those who are experienced yet eager to be a part of the dialogue surrounding diversity, representation and leadership in the tech realm. No matter your industry experience, you will gain valuable insights as to how to set yourself apart when applying to tech roles and how Latina tech leaders have risen through the ranks, shattered glass ceilings &amp; have become a catalyst for change. The Latinista is proud to partner with:Avanade: an Accenture and Microsoft joint venture - leading provider of digital, cloud and advisory services.Latinas in Tech: a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a tech industry where Latinas are well-represented. Waiv: A Latina and female-founded recruiting platform that connects people to jobs they love and helps companies create thriving and inclusive workplaces.﻿Hear from Latina Tech professionals about topics such as how to break into the Tech industry, how to advance your career, and how to leverage your own personal story to land the job of your dreams. Note: All proceeds from event tickets will be donated to the nonprofit, Code Your Dreams. Code Your Dreams develops a pipeline of youth and adults from diverse backgrounds to enter tech careers. By teaching students in-demand technology skills and emphasizing community action and innovation, they are helping to create a more diverse and equitable tech industry.
