The Environmental Volunteers promotes a love for science and nature through hands-on education activities delivered in local classrooms and through community events held at the EcoCenter, our home base located in the Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve.

Bring your family to the Environmental Volunteers EcoCenter, located on the Baylands Nature Preserve, for an afternoon of environmental education. Activities are intended for ages 6-11. Are you curious about bats? Join the Environmental Volunteers in our Community Program, All About Bats to learn about different types of bats, how they hunt, and what they eat! We will be doing several activities and will even explore real bats! We explore some of the myths and mysteries of our local California bats.Capacity is limited. If tickets sell out, join our waitlist!
