Jenn Aumiller, MEd, Director of GPILS/OPS Career and Professional Development and the Director of the Office of Postdoctoral Scholars at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and Blessing Enekwe, PhD, Director of the Office of Postdoctoral Scholars at the University of Maryland College Park are offering another series of leadership skills workshops.
This series will cover introductory concepts of leadership. It is recommended to take the entire series as the workshops build upon each other.

Wednesday, September 13 - Team Dynamics: This active workshop will help participants understand team dynamics and team leadership.
Wednesday, September 20 - Diversity in a Multicultural Society: This workshop will examine the meaning of diversity in terms of individuals, groups, teams and the scientific community.
