Join us for an embodied experience of guided meditation, painting, and grounding practices!

The Meditate in Color experience will take placeon September 19th! Setting intentions through meditation and paint will provide an opportunity for grounding after experiencing the unexpected energy shifts of the last moon cycle.Participants will engage in somatic bodywork practices, connect with their senses, and practice expressing intentions with color. The creative portion of this event will be led by Dr. Chanel Beebe, local artist, designer and curator. Chanel will be facilitating her most recent experience ‘Praying in Color’ where emotion and intention are translated to color and texture. Chanel will walk attendees though making a take home piece by guiding the process of creating an ‘Emotional Landscape’. (Art supplies provided.)Guided meditation will be led by energy worker, licensed massage therapist, and owner of Back to Me Massage &amp; Wellness LLC Umi D. Wright.Refreshments and fruit infused water are included. Herbal infused fruit water is available as an add on to the general admission ticket.General admission tickets will also enter you into a raffle to win a FREE 60 minute massage and 10% off meal prepping and personal chef services by Drag Chef Kokayne.
