<p>T﻿he Pawtoberfest costume contest will take place on the Zittel  amphitheater stage at 12pm. Check in at 11:40 to get your number and line up position. We have local celebrities judging the contest and handing out great prizes for you and your pup! The entry fee goes directly to Hearts 4 Heroes USA, a non-profit organization placing therapy dogs with first responders.</p>
