Music made live from heart-mind biofeedback. Using EEG technology, Jason (creative technologist) and Julie (mindfulness teacher) come together to track their brain waves and heart beats live. Jason’s software translates the frequencies to a sound bath journey, without any hands involved. Julie guides the group into a low brain frequency state using breath and meditative presence. Contemplate what collective coherence means. The bio-feedback from the group informs the frequency, itself informing the creation of the music, in a spiral of deepening awareness. Feel yourself as one with the whole. Informed by your own rhythm.Structure - 30-min meet and intention setting- 1-hour soundscape- 30-min emergence &amp; integration
