Experience an o﻿utdoor yoga practice at sunrise by my labyrinth in Heber City, overlooking Mount Timpanogos. During the gentle practice I will lead to start your day, you&#x27;ll take in the fresh air, sounds of nature, incredible valley views and meet new friends. After practice, I&#x27;ll serve a light breakfast with coffee and tea. Then take this opportunity to walk the labyrinth, alone, in silence to receive its message for you this summer season.B﻿ring a YOGA MAT, water bottle, layers of clothing and an open mind to experience a beautiful natural setting overlooking our valley. REGISTRATION REQUIRED as space is limited to 15 participants. Detailed directions on how to reach my home by 6:15 am, will be sent 2 days prior via email to all who have registered.
