Do you offer refunds?

No. This is a fundraiser for the SCHS Swim & Dive Team. Jingle Bell awards, water bottles and giveaways are prepurchased and advertising has been purchased.

Question 2

What if it rains or snows?

Accepted Answer

We do our best to run the race but if weather doesn't permit running outside on the field, runners and parents are invited inside to experience the Holiday Extravaganza and visit with Santa. Runners will still receive all prizes and giveaways from the race.

Question 3

If FCPS cancels activities will the Fun Run continue?

Accepted Answer

We are bound by the decisions of FCPS. If all county school activities are cancelled the Fun Run and the Holiday Extravaganza are cancelled with no refunds or rain date.

Question 4

What if I arrive late?

Accepted Answer

Santa arrives promptly at 8:20am and we try our best to start the first race at 8:30am. We usually run races until 9am if the weather is good and runners can join in at any time. There are NO REFUNDS for late arrivals.
