No. This is for all levels of breathers. BITV is orchestrated to bring you to the depths in a gentle fashion so if it's your first time or your 100th, this will be an amazing experience!

What will I need to bring?

Comfortable Clothes, Yoga Mat (or something comfortable to lay on), a Blanket, Water, Pen and journal.
