ASU Learning Experience Design

Get familiar with Canvas and gain some basic knowledge and skills for delivering engaging and interactive courses.

This 45-minute session is reserved for ASU faculty, staff, and Teaching Assistants.This workshop will be held online and will not be recorded.-----------<h3>Canvas Unleashed: Master the Basics.</h3>Come join us for a beginner workshop on Canvas Learning Management System and get a comprehensive introduction to one of the most popular and user-friendly platforms for online teaching and learning. This workshop is designed to equip educators, trainers, and anyone interested in online instruction with the essential knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize Canvas as a powerful tool for delivering engaging and interactive courses.Target Audience: ASU Educators and Designers who wish to learn about basic Canvas features. Access to a Canvas course to follow the workshop recommended but not required. -----------Important Details:<ul><li>Participants will attend remotely via Zoom (a link to Zoom room will be emailed the morning of the training).</li><li>An ASU Zoom account will be required to join this session.</li><li>Please register using your ASU email.</li><li>Time is based on Arizona time.</li><li>Registration closes 2 hours before the event start time.</li></ul>For questions, please email: lx-design@asu.edu.
