W﻿e would love to invite you to join us in celebrating the culture of our community by becoming a vendor or sponsor for the NatureSweet Tomatoes SalsaFest &quot;Spicy 17.&quot;T﻿he Sponsor&#x27;s Reception will take place on Thursday, September 21st from 5:00 - 8:00 pm at The Venue and Vignette on Main Street, 430 W Main Street, Safford, AZ 85546.F﻿or more information on Sponsorship contact Vance or Kay at admin@grahamchamber.org.VENDORS P﻿lease Read and Understand the following policies and procedures:<ul><li>Vendor fees must be paid through Eventbrite by Friday, September 15th at 5:00 pm.</li><li>P﻿lease select 1 ticket per 10&#x27; x 10&#x27; spot.</li><li>For those who purchase Chamber Member booths, C﻿hamber Membership must be paid in full prior to being assigned a booth location.</li><li>Vendors who want a Fireman&#x27;s Park location are reserved for sponsors $500 and above.</li><li>B﻿rittany Dean will contact you about your booth location after you have completed your purchase.</li><li>T﻿he Event will be open from 5:00 - 10:00 pm on Friday, September 22nd and 8:00 am - 10:00 pm on Saturday, September 23rd at Safford Fireman&#x27;s Park, 717 W Main Street, Safford, AZ 85546</li><li>Vendor set up is from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday, September 22nd</li><li>P﻿lease note that after 3:00 PM on Friday, September 22nd, your vehicle cannot enter Main Street on the 700 Block (North of Fireman&#x27;s Park).</li><li>A﻿ll Food Vendors must have the appropriate permits from the <a href="https://www.graham.az.gov/423/Food" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Graham County Health Department</a></li><li>Vendors selling food, products, or services, must have a <a href="http://www.cityofsafford.us/270/Business-Licensing" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">City of Safford Business License</a>.</li><li>Electricity is limited for use of lighting up your booth and charging phones and point of sale equipment. Bring at least 100&#x27; of extension cord to plug in to event electricity.</li><li>V﻿endors are responsible for their own weights to hold down their tent. We recommend two cinder blocks on each corner or the equivalent. </li><li>V﻿endors are prohibited from selling silly string, airsoft guns, snaps, stink bombs, or fireworks.</li><li>A﻿ll attendees are prohibited from bringing outside alcohol. Please only consume alcohol purchased under the event&#x27;s liquor license in accordance with State Law.</li><li>V﻿endors may not take down prior to 10:00 pm on Saturday, September 23rd.
