Our mission is to curate space for community skill exchange, soulful expression, conscious expansion, social well-being, and economic empowerment.Our strategic goal is to support the development of new ideas and explore practice models that dismantle systems that facilitate the promotion of structural determinants of health. TLW will curate immersive experiences that are co-created by an ever-evolving team of artists, healers, disruptors, and social impact innovators.

Breaking Free: A Healing Group for Black Men

Breaking Free: A Healing Group for Black Men was created to address the absence of safe spaces that exist for men of color. The model is designed around indigenous rituals and focuses upon clinically guided discussions centering on the participant’s experiences, thoughts, feelings, and stressors. This session will include Qigong, a centuries-old system of coordinated body postures and movements, diaphragmatic breathing, and guided meditation which has been shown to reduce stress, create calmness, and cultivate a present mindset. <ul><li>B﻿ring a rhythm instrument (optional)</li><li>Wear something comfortable </li></ul><a href="https://host.nxt.blackbaud.com/donor-form/?svcid=renxt&formId=bfe88270-1807-405e-830a-af09afbb8603&envid=p-Qoz_S73g_Uq_9rloqlKq1g&zone=usa" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Donations</a> are $10 or free for those who are unable to pay.
