Join owners Rob and Jaclyn Swanson on Sunday, August 13th at 4pm as they peel back the layers of their inspiring journey – from planting their first apple tree to the final product of crisp, refreshing hard cider.</p><p>In this hour-long workshop, Rob and Jaclyn will share their story of establishing an apple orchard from scratch, the challenges faced, and their innovative use of weather stations for precise pest management in conjunction with pest management tips from Cornell University. This workshop is designed to encourage new fruit growers, orchard enthusiasts, and farmers by illustrating that creating a successful, values-driven business from scratch is genuinely achievable. Join us and sample the fruits of their labor – some delightful hard cider!</p>
