What time does the event begin?

Doors open at 6:30PM and we will begin at 7PM.

Question 2

What attire should I wear?

Layers to adjust to temperature changes.  We are indoors but you will be laying down the entire time.  You may want to wear looser fitting clothing as you will be brushed with fresh rose flowers on your arms and around your head.

Should I eat dinner beforehand?

Yes.  Sweet treats will be served afterwards.

What are we laying on?

Accepted Answer

The floor of the space has quite a large mat on it, but we recommend bringing your own yoga mat to lay down on.  Please email info@pathlighthealing.com if you have any concerns about this.

I have dietary requirements.  Will there be something I can enjoy?

Does rose interact with medications?

Accepted Answer

Rose is safe for ingestion when not sprayed or treated, and is considered safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.  It may be contraindicated IN LONG-TERM USE for those on blood pressure & antidepressant medication. You can still participate in all topical aspects of this event if you have concerns.
