Amidst the increasing concentration of capital in the sector and the increasingly evident political interference enforced by certain governments, the European media landscape is facing multiple crises. It is within this context that many independent media outlets are operating, continuing their activities despite these threats. Bringing together several of these outlets, the Sphera network gives them a voice during the Sphera Media Lab, particularly during this exchange aimed at assessing the current state of independent press in countries where media freedom is declining.
