Portland, Oregon) with 25 years of experience providing vision, leadership, and strategy to projects that center and uplift marginalized communities. Natalia began promoting music in high school and producing events and conferences in college, then after moving to Portland in 1999, her work evolved to include artist representation, management, and promotion.In 2004 Kay-O’Brien co-founded Siren Nation, a presenting arts organization dedicated to promoting women artists, and in 2011, Natalia earned a Master&#x27;s in Public Administration at Portland State University.
