Forest bathing is a nature meditation practice to improve well-being.

This practice, originating in Japan and known as forest bathing, is a relaxation technique to destress, calm the mind, and improve well-being. Presenter Justin Ferko, a certified forest bathing guide, will lead the workshop that includes a closing tea and sharing circle. Participants should be prepared for being outdoors. Registration required. Note: Raindate for the meditation workshop is September 27, 1 pm - 2:30.
