We're delighted to announce a great FREE day out for everyone, celebrating Charlton’s local talent and our beautiful park!

A facilitated dog-training lesson: you'll be taught some fun foundations for introducing your dog to the sport of agility.What is agility? It's basically a race around an obstacle course - you win if you can send your dog around it the fastest. (Dogs do not run at the same time!)You'll be invited to come back to the festival dog-park at *3.30pm* to participate in a fun finale competition with prizes!*PLEASE NOTE*- Participating dogs must be comfortable close to other dogs and strangers, and you will need to be happy to let your dog off the lead for short periods (only one dog will be off-lead at a time)- Suitable for dogs of any age, with sound health and fitness, but puppies under 7 months cannot go over jumps- Treats and equipment will be provided – if your dog has special dietary requirements you are advised to bring lots of your own treats!- Shade &amp; plenty of water will be available in case of hot weather. *If the weather is very, very hot, there is a chance that we will need to cancel the session on the day.*Part of CHARLTON PARK BEATS, BOARDS &amp; BBQ: https://www.friendsofcharltonpark.org/event-info/beats-boards-bbq
