And yet, I know it to be true, because I have seen it over and over again with my clients, with women I speak to, with women I interview. Competence is a blessing and then, it can (does) become a curse. Breaking that curse is what helps you supercharge your competence, stop hiding and get seen, heard, recognized and paid. But why? Why is it a problem?<ul><li>It keeps you in your comfort zone</li></ul><ul><li>It is keeping you in your zone of excellence</li></ul><ul><li>Unknowingly, you think it should be recognized without you doing anything and so you hesitate to take risks </li></ul><ul><li>When you strike out on your own, you value competence so much that you mistake your newbie status as an entrepreneur with actually being new at what you do so you undercharge</li></ul><ul><li> You are deathly afraid of showing up on social media because even though you know you are competent, there is a part of you that feels like this is NOT ENOUGH</li></ul> In this 60 minute training, I will tell you what is keeping you stuck. If you are a woman who has been working in steadily increasing leadership roles for 15, 20 years and you are struggling with making yourself visible, and are not feeling seen and heard (or paid), you are likely making one key mistake and I want you to stop!Also, because I don't just want to tell you about what you are doing wrong but help you figure out what to do instead, I will walk you through exactly what you need to do and HOW to do it in order to break this cycle.
