休止符是樂章符號，是音樂暫時停頓或靜止的記號。青年人每天生活在「忙。亂」中，總在期盼「休止符」的出現。生活同樣忙碌的你，希望也能從是次展覽發現「自己的需要」讓生活「多一點喘息空間」

由年青人帶領大家欣賞展覽的樂曲，尋找專屬自己的休止符，並參與由表達藝術治療師帶領的藝術減壓體驗活動。
日期：2023年7月13日 (星期四)
時間：晚上6:15-7:15 / 晚上7:30-8:30 (任選其中一個時段)
地點：H6 CONET活動室
名額：每個時段15位 [須預先報名，不接受即場參與]
