Do I need my own bike?

How much biking will there be?

It will be ~5 miles of biking and ~500 feet of climbing.

Question 3

Will there be breaks?

Accepted Answer

There will be one break during the clinic to have a snack and chat (~15 minutes) otherwise we will be in open spaces often repeating skills so you can take a break when needed.

Is my bike okay to bring to the lesson?

Accepted Answer

If you have a bike that is older or more of a cruiser hybrid, it may be unsafe to bring on the trails. If this is a concern email me directly and I can help! samcrowcoaching@gmail.com

What should I bring to the lesson?

Helmet

Shoes (Flat shoes are recommended for this clinic)

**if you have a clipless setup that is okay, just let me know.

Backpack

Water

Snacks

Bike

Recommended gear:

Sunglasses

Knee pads

Bike gloves

Sunscreen

Flat kit with a pump or C02 and a tube
