Join Chef Dominique Ansel for an exclusive tasting of his new creation: the Oishii Strawberry Sando, made with rare Oishii Omakase berries

Summer's in full swing, and we're celebrating with an exclusive aperitivo tasting of Chef Dominique's newest creation: the Oishii Strawberry Sando on Chiffon Bread, made with rare just-picked Oishii Omakase strawberries (exceptionally sweet and fragrant Japanese strawberries grown in an indoor vertical strawberry farm just a few short miles away).

Join Chef Dominique to taste these exquisitely fragrant strawberries, served on our fresh-baked fluffy chiffon bread with a hint of lemon, with silky crème Chantilly. Plus, we'll be serving refreshing Lillet Summer Spritz cocktails to raise a glass to summer!

Tickets are limited to 2 per person and launch HERE on FRIDAY, AUGUST 2ND AT 12PM ET.

ABOUT OISHII:

Oishii's story first started in Japan, a country famous for its high-end fruit. Inspired by that excellence, founder and CEO, Hiroki Koga, set out to share the Japanese strawberry experience with the world. OISHII combines over a decade of cutting-edge agriculture research with time-tested strawberry cultivation techniques to establish a first-of-its-kind indoor vertical strawberry farm in the United States. In 2018, Oishii debuted its Omakase berry at Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare in New York City, a three-star Michelin restaurant lauded as one of the best in the world. The Omakase berry is a unique Japanese strawberry variety, characterized by its beautiful aroma and exceptional sweetness. The greatest of Japan's chefs reward fine diners' trust in their craft with perfect Omakase tasting menu selections - in honor of this tradition, Oishii offers this strawberry as the epitome of their craft, to be savored and enjoyed. Since its debut, other top restaurants in Manhattan, including Atomix, Atera, and Sushi Yasuda have also featured Oishii's strawberries. Hand-picked and served within hours, these strawberries are the freshest berry on the East Coast, even in the depths of winter.
