After Johnny asks her to marry him, he has to go to Sicily to be at his mother&#x27;s deathbed. He asks Loretta to invite his estranged brother Ronny (Nicolas Cage) to the wedding and help bury their bad blood. When Loretta and Ronny meet, intense emotions get the better of them as the big moon rises over New York.
