Non-Refundable Policy for Siloam Springs Rodeo
Due to the nature of our event planning and the resources required to ensure its success, we have established the following non-refundable policy:
Reservation and Ticket Purchases
- All ticket purchases and reservations for our outdoor event are non-refundable.
Weather Conditions
- Our event is subject to weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, and extreme temperatures. We will make every effort to proceed with the event as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions.
Event Cancellation
- In the rare event that we must cancel the outdoor event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather conditions, natural disasters), we will not be able to offer refunds. However, we will make every effort to reschedule the event, and your ticket purchase will be valid for the rescheduled date.
