Pop up Azul ecstatic dance is a guided conscious dance practice that supports the union of mind, body, heart and soul through movement.

Join Yvonne Reich (owner of Yvonnera,) licensed and certified Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master, and Azul Conscious Dance Teacher for a 60 minute in-person Azul ecstatic dance journey from 10-11am +15 minutes to connect and share in Harmony, NJ. <ul><li>Immerse your body, mind, and soul in a one-hour in-person dance journey and move your body to awaken love. </li></ul><ul><li>We begin with the work of embodiment, reconnecting the mind and body by listening through our movements, moving the body to reach the heart and as the heart awakens the soul is able to know itself and remember the sacred work it is here to do.</li></ul><ul><li>If you can move your body, you can dance. </li></ul><ul><li>Bring a water bottle and please note we dance barefoot. </li></ul>Pop-up Azul Ecstatic Dance Movement for Saturday, July 15th 10-11am +15 minutes to connect and share.
