Baystate Medical Center and Health New England are hosting a community benefits forum open to the public!

Baystate Health and Health New England (HNE) are pleased to host our first series of in-person Community Benefit Forums, in partnership with their respective Community Benefits Advisory Councils (CBACs). Each Forum will include a presentation from executive leadership, the Public Health Institute of Western MA and local leaders of influence. Following the presentations and question &amp; answer portion, attendees are encouraged to network and engage with local partners present in the room. The program will include:1) Spotlight on Baystate Medical Center and HNE community activities and strategies 2) Highlight CHNA outcomes and trends, with an emphasis on Youth Mental Health 3) Have an opportunity to chat with grantees and vendors to honor the community-centered work that is impacting our communitiesL﻿ocation: Educare Springfield 100 Hickory St, Springfield, MA 01109I﻿f you have any questions related to this event please email Brittney Rosario (brittney.rosario@baystatehealth.org) or Katie Bruno (kbruno@hne.com).
