AWAKE WELLNESS COLLECTIVE TEACHERSMonee PerryA practicing yogi since 2017, yoga changed my life by allowing me to find balance, deal with grief, depression, and transform my body. A music industry veteran for 20+ years, I set out to learn more about health and wellness to facilitate the changes I wanted to see in myself. Getting my certification in yoga in 2022 at The Tree Yoga has allowed me to not only give the gift of breath and movement to myself, but to others. I look forward to sharing the opportunity to FLOW WITH MO! Tiffany GrantOriginally from Baltimore, MD, I moved to Los Angeles in 2014 to spread my wings and get more sunshine in my life (East-coast winters are not for me). I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for 3. At Hot 8 Yoga Studios, I have completed 50 hr Barre YTT and 200hr Hot Power Fusion YTT. Outside of yoga, I'm a 13-year Critical Care Registered Nurse. My background has given me the ability to use my knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit, to guide my students through a truly holistic experience. Yoga has had a great impact on my life by helping me to heal repressed trauma, work through anxiety/overthinking, and to live a more joyful life. After witnessing the power of this practice, I decided to share this gift with others through teaching. The goals of my classes are to leave you feeling empowered and connected with your inner self. I hope to see you sweating on your mat’s soon, NAMASTE 🙏🏾
